The Internal Cleansers are three naturopathic and Chinese Medicine-based internal supplements that focus on improving digestive health, by nurturing and gently clearing the digestive system. It is a synergistic combination of Chinese Medicine-Grade Herbs, organic Diatomaceous Earth and natural fruit flavours.
Its primary role is to gently clean and clear toxins, parasites and “build up” through the ten metres of tubing of our digestive system. In Traditional Chinese Medicine we view our body as an interconnected organism - an impaired gut and digestive function are often the root cause of many health issues.
If we focus on improving digestive function, we find that we’re able to absorb and extract nutrients more effectively from what we eat, and in turn literally feel better. The digestive and immune system are closely connected, with 70% of our immune cells located within the digestive tract. So by improving our digestive system, we can improve our immune function.
Each cleanser has 2-3 carefully chosen Chinese Herbs that we have kept in a high-potency granular form that improves its efficacy.
What should I expect after taking the Internal Cleanser?
After trialling it for 2 years in our Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic in Bondi, we’ve found people notice …
- Change and regulation in bowel movements
- Significant improvement in bloating, wind and gas
- Sleep improvement
- More energy
- Improved inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and acne
How do you take the Internal Cleanser?
Mostly we recommend stirring 1-2 teaspoons into a glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach and before dinner too.
It is also important to remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day, as the cleanser uses and absorbs water in the digestive tract.
Happy cleansing!
