Returns & Exchanges

The Little China Company wants you to love what you have bought, and your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. However we understand that sometimes the item may not be the right one, the wrong size, or that you simply may not like it. If you do not want or need your purchase, we will be happy to either exchange the item or provide you with a credit note to buy something else.

  • Ensure item is returned within ten days of receiving the order.
  • Repack and seal the item well to ensure no damage is caused in return transit, including your name, address and invoice number.
  • Please post to: The Little China Company 60 Harslett Crescent Beverley Park NSW 2217 Australia.

All items returned must be unopened and unused, in their original condition, label intact, undamaged and in perfect packaging for the exchange to be accepted and processed.

All items being returned to The Little China Company not due to quality, fault or error are to be returned at the sender's expense and will incur a redelivery fee. The redelivery fee for Australia is a $10 flat fee. Original freight charges applies for all other countries. The Returns & Exchanges Form requests the method of payment for return postage, please clearly note this payment method.

If requested The Little China Company will happily issue a credit note to be used to buy something else from the The Little China Company online shop within 3 months, or the nominated exchange alternative will be sent out.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

All items are carefully checked as they are packed to ensure every piece you receive is as beautiful as the one pictured. However, in the unlikely event your item is damaged in some way during transit, was incorrectly sent or is faulty we will happily arrange an exchange, credit or refund.

Please follow the easy returns procedure below.

All items being returned as a result of an error, item fault, or was damaged in transit, will have the return postage charge incurred by the customer reimbursed. The re-delivery is free or a total refund offered.

Australian delivery

The Little China Company takes pride in the fast and efficient delivery of orders, and will deliver you your order direct to your doorstep using Couriers services or Australia post. If we are given a PO BOX address or delivering to a country property Express post or Registered Mail (Australia) may be used. These methods allow us to monitor your purchase through a certified tracking number and/or require a signature in order for the parcel to be collected. If you think you may not be home to sign for your parcel, a work address or a PO Box is recommended for faster delivery. *Please advise in the comments section if you have any special delivery instructions.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order, unless payment chosen is a bank deposit, in which case payment must be received and then cleared before the order is sent. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within Australia. Regional areas may take a little longer in some cases.
